Ask a doctor on the topic of Gynecology

precancerous stage

Hello,

I would like to briefly describe the situation.

After having an abortion in July 2009, I started using the 3-month injection for contraception. I received the last injection in February 2010. In 2010, I did not have any bleeding until October. My period then came as follows:

24.10 - 27.10.2010
20.12 - 25.12.2010
30.12 - 04.01.2011
14.01 - 18.01.2011
04.02 - 09.02.2011

Due to the long absence of my period, I went to the gynecologist, who told me to wait. Now, within a few weeks, I have already had my period for the third time. The gynecologist has now prescribed me the pill for a regular cycle, which I have been taking for a week.

During these examinations, the gynecologist apparently took a smear test and informed me two weeks ago that I am in stage 2 of pre-cancer (Pap IIID) and the risk of developing cervical cancer is very high. He suggests I get vaccinated for it. Is that correct? Can the vaccination prevent a disease?
I have also been given Vagihex tablets and should take them twice a week.

During my visit two weeks ago, another smear test was done. I received the results today, and I am now in group I/II.
The doctor said that if it does not improve by April, I should consider surgery.

Unfortunately, I am very worried and do not feel very well advised. How serious is the situation? What can I do?

I am enclosing the examination results.

Best regards,
