Swollen ribbed vagina - HELP

Hello,
For a few weeks now, I have been experiencing swelling in my vagina on and off. There is barely enough space for a finger, and it feels "rough" around the edges, with the roughness also protruding slightly outwards. Last week, it went away for 3 days after my period, but now it has returned.
I have not had sexual intercourse with my husband, used any new detergents or products, or taken any medication. Unfortunately, no doctors are available between the holidays. In the past few weeks, I have also used products like Canesten Gyn Once, but it hasn't really improved. It doesn't hurt, burn, or itch, but it does feel strangely swollen. I apologize for the blunt description, but I don't know how else to describe it.
I'm really scared that it might be something serious. Can you help me? I can provide a picture if necessary.

It is definitely not something "bad"! The vagina is always ridged because it needs to be elastic. Maybe the irritation is being maintained by the use of some products. Please stop using everything over the holidays, shower externally (!) with clear water and simply wait. It could have been an oversensitivity to Canesten or other products.

If it doesn't improve in the new year, please get examined. There is absolutely no reason for concern or an emergency consultation.
