Thank you for the pictures. They show a round, partially water-filled tumor, which is typical of a benign cyst. Cysts are fluid-filled and almost never malignant. Ovarian cancer looks completely different, so you can breathe a sigh of relief.

Unfortunately, you did not mention what your treating doctor told you exactly. Ideally, she should not have made you scared. Cysts can usually be removed through laparoscopy and then you can go back home after a few days.
