Ask a doctor on the topic of Gynecology

Completely exhausted after giving birth!!!

Hello, on 20.12 I had a caesarean section and then the horror actually began. I have to say that the pregnancy was not nice either (7-month-old child) but she is fine. I was still in the hospital where I thought I had a thrombosis, but the doctors said it wasn't. My leg (left) got swollen, it started with knee pain. Then I noticed that it was only the joints, but only on the left side, also on my arm. A week later I started having chest pains, I watched it for 3 days and then went to the hospital with suspected thrombosis and pulmonary embolism but both were quickly ruled out...I was there for a week. Shortly afterwards, I went to the next hospital because I was getting worse, I had diarrhea, which started on the second day after the operation, but I didn't take it seriously before (yellowish). They sent me back home immediately because my blood values were okay. I saw a total of 3 internists, thrombosis is now ruled out, I also feared it was a stroke, but my GP said it wasn't. Now I also have blurred vision. I went to 3 general practitioners, one found a cyst on my spleen and a nodule on my thyroid. I also saw a neurologist. The pains in my chest scare me, but they are not always there, as well as stumbling and racing heart, trembling hands, I got one thing after the other and I am slowly getting desperate and don't know what to do anymore. Which doctor should I go to next? What could it be? About my mood: tired, weak, occasionally foggy in the head, irritable, depressed, anxious...this is not normal. Oh, I forgot to mention that my tongue is coated at the back and also slightly swollen. I hope I can get some help here. Thank you in advance.
