New fear question to Mrs. Gehring.
Hello Mrs. Gehring, I, a 24-year-old male with Lupus, unfortunately need a little reassurance again... I have a psychotherapy appointment at the beginning of March... for the past few days, I have been experiencing a slight tingling sensation, which I believe I can at least somewhat influence to make it disappear temporarily... it is very subtle and not constant, but it did make me briefly think about the possibility of a brain tumor, which I think is complete nonsense, especially since I have read that it could also be related to the cervical spine, etc... However, yesterday I was trying to fall asleep... I had already dozed off a bit, then briefly woke up, looked at the skylight, and briefly saw double, but it went away shortly after! Today everything is fine, I must say that I have experienced this before, but usually only after a nap for about 20 seconds or so, and also months ago... Nevertheless, it still scares me because there isn't much positive information about it, although I read from a doctor that seeing double when tired or shortly after waking up is not something serious, one eye may still be sluggish...
So, is my fear completely exaggerated again or would it have persisted with a brain tumor? Thank you in advance and greetings.
