Angiomas or petechiae?

Hello, I am now simply attaching another photo for you... unfortunately it's another 20 euros, but hopefully the last! The image is from Google, not from me, as they have a too large file size! But it actually looks the same... Of course, I don't know if I've always had this, and somehow miniangiomas also fit quite well, but there is still a fear of petechiae, as they also look a bit like those on the palate... by the way, they come and go from time to time! They are scattered all over the upper body, sometimes next to each other but really almost microscopic, some protrude a little from the skin and only disappear briefly when pressed directly with a fingernail... but rather difficult and also less in some cases... Maybe a reassurance again! Greetings

Dr. med. Frauke Gehring

Good morning,

Your anxiety is getting really bad! Petechiae occur in hundreds when they are related to leukemia! They never appear individually here and there! Petechiae are always at skin level, never even slightly raised, and they are easy and completely pressable, which is not always the case with all hemangiomas.

I can't do much with the image because I can't touch anything. However, the spot looks like a hemangioma because it is individual and slightly raised.

Sincerely, Dr. Gehring
