Further small symptoms

Hello Mrs. Gehring, unfortunately I have to contact you again regarding my lupus. The fear may have decreased minimally, but it still persists. I want to write down my symptoms again, some have appeared, some have disappeared. First of all, I would like to mention that my last blood test was in June, so it's been a while... some symptoms may now also be due to self-observation...
Night sweats have not been present for the last 5 nights, I think with leukemia they would be constant, right?
Also, occasionally a stabbing pain in the abdominal area, sometimes at the level of the spleen, but also elsewhere... here I have a little fear of an enlarged spleen in leukemia, although that can also happen with lupus...
The muscles and joints are actually better in everyday life, but again here, at the cash register at work (part-time job), I have more pain, but quite mild...
Now there is also an irritated palate and tongue, since I ate horseradish 5 days ago, it feels irritated and slightly fuzzy, sometimes more, sometimes less...
Lastly, a herpes on the lip, but I have had that before...
I also noticed minimal (maybe I've always had them, I don't know) blood spots on the skin of my arms, very sporadic, but it doesn't look like petechiae to me but rather like angiomas in micro format so to speak... Still, the slight fear that they could be petechiae...
Overall, I would say that my immune system is somewhat weakened, I have also increased the cortisone from 5mg to 10/15mg, maybe that's why. No fatigue or fever otherwise...
Now my questions: Still no concerns about leukemia justified? Would the AML have worsened rapidly in the 3-4 weeks or improved at times?
Could it be a fungus, and if so, can it go away on its own, I don't really see any white patches except maybe in the morning, but I've had that before...
Thank you and regards

Good evening

If you have increased your cortisone dose, this also explains the temporarily increased sweating. In the case of leukemia, it would have remained permanent. Of course, the condition worsens with AML.
A fungus leads to a thickly coated tongue and whitish deposits on the palate. I would not assume that.
Your fear is taking on compulsive characteristics. Please seek psychological help!

Warm regards, Dr. Gehring
