I have a blue hard bump in the area of my mouth, on the lip (picture attached). It does not hurt.

What could this be, cancer?

The blue bump in the picture is most likely a bruise.
It will go away on its own, but it may take a few days.
If it is still there after 14 days, you should show it to your primary care physician.
