Transmission of sexually transmitted diseases
Had sexual contact with a person who had a previous Treponema infection and the following current laboratory values:
Treponema Pallidum Ak Titer 640
RPR Titer Negative
FTA-ABS Positive
Treponema Pallidum IgG AK immunoblot positive
Treponema Pallidum IgM AK immunoblot negative
Serological evidence of an IgG serum scar following spontaneously resolved or treated Treponema infection
Is there a risk of acute infection for me to have contact with such a person?
Had contact with the person only 3 days ago,
Does it make sense to take a Doxycycline prophylaxis?
