Second degree burn

I burned myself on the exhaust of a scooter the day before yesterday (see photos). We are currently on vacation in Bali and I would like to get back to the sea or pool as soon as possible. I have disinfected the wound and applied antibacterial cream with a sterile bandage. Unfortunately, the wound is still oozing and there are small blisters present.
What can I do to heal the wound quickly and get back in the water soon?
Good morning,
there is no pus visible in the pictures. Pus is creamy-light yellow, practically the color of vanilla sauce. What you see is more in the color of egg white, because it is tissue fluid (you might know it from squeezing a pimple. If you overdo it, this fluid will also come out in the end).
You can go into the water with the wound, showering would not be a problem at all. When it comes to the sea and the pool, the question is only: how clean is the water. The sea is clean in itself - except at places where sewage is discharged. And most pools are also clean - unless there are too many people in them.
After swimming, rinse with clear water and apply the disinfectant ointment again each time - then there should be no problem. Just leave the blisters as they are, unless something gets infected. Then you can cut off the dead skin.
If you have any further questions about the ongoing process in the next few days or would like to send new pictures, you can do so free of charge to my email address info@v-e-n-e-n.de.
All the best and have a great vacation,
Dr. Schaaf
