Pressure in the intestines
Hello, since yesterday I have been suffering from abdominal pain, which today feels like pressure in my intestines. I have also had diarrhea for a few hours. I feel alternately warm and cold, but I do not have a fever. Constant pressure in my intestines. Yesterday evening I grilled a salmon fillet.
What could this be? I hope it's not some serious intestinal disease. I have changed my diet in the past few days (higher in protein).
