Small red dot on palm of hand
Hello. Since 2014, I have discovered a very small, red knot/spot on the palm of my hand. It is slightly raised, less than 1mm, and has not changed at all since then. There is no pain or bleeding. It is possible that it was already there before 2014, but I did not see it at least. I have never thought much about it, but then I did some research and came across a lot of not so nice things (such as basal cell carcinoma). Therefore, I would like to have an expert's opinion.
