Suspicion of Frenulum Breve and Phimosis

I suspect that I have a short frenulum and a mild phimosis. According to the information I have been able to find on the internet so far, both conditions are borderline for me.

I will try to describe the condition:
Frenulum: In the erect state, I can slide the foreskin over the glans, but about 3mm before the glans tip starts to bend downwards. When it is behind the glans, the frenulum is already so tense that it can only be pulled about 1mm away from the glans, and during sex it sometimes slips back a little over the glans and covers it.
Phimosis: When I retract the foreskin, there is already a light ring visible in the unerect state, and of course also in the erect state. So far, I can slide the foreskin over the glans with "slight effort".

My questions now are:
1.) I often feel very little with a condom and have trouble reaching orgasm. Could this be related to the frenulum?
2.) Is it advisable to go to a urologist with these symptoms or are they relatively harmless?

To better assess the situation, I tried to take a photo of the problem area and attached it.

Dear questioner,

It sounds to me like a beginning phimosis or suspicion of shortening of the frenulum. Even if you do not have pain during intercourse, it is still advisable to have a follow-up with a urologist. We see this condition daily and can then assess whether circumcision or frenuloplasty is necessary.
Regarding your other question: the time it takes to reach orgasm can, but does not necessarily depend on that. This is more of a natural variation from person to person.

I hope I have been able to help you further.
