Possibly a urinary tract infection. Possibly also as you suspected, condylomas. A visit to the urologist can provide certainty. Infections can be easily treated with antibiotics over a few days. Partner treatment is important here. Condylomas can be lasered. It is recommended to start therapy as soon as possible, as infections can rise and affect the kidneys.
