Ejaculation without the feeling of orgasm in men
Hello,
I am male, 34 years old with no pre-existing conditions. Since November 2016, I have been experiencing fasciculations that are neurologically without pathological findings. At times, I suffer from severe sleep disturbances.
Regarding the actual problem:
For several weeks now, I have been experiencing the issue that libido and ejaculation are present normally. However, the feeling of orgasm is completely absent. This is the case whether during normal sexual intercourse or masturbation.
There is little literature available on this problem online. How should I proceed?
