Pinching above the testicle

Hello,

since around November 2020, my right testicle has shifted slightly upwards. Since then, I have constantly felt a twinge above the testicle when sitting or when the testicle contracts. This feeling is very uncomfortable and is affecting me psychologically. I cannot see anything unusual on the testicle itself or in the scrotum. I also do not have any pain directly on the testicle. Urine is also normal. Could you please help me further?

Many pains in the testicle are not a sign of something serious. However, you should see a urologist, as only with a thorough examination, possibly including ultrasound, can relevant conditions be detected.
