burning sensation during ejaculation

I have a problem during intercourse at ejaculation - it burns in the urethra of the glans and my wife also says that it burns for her as well. It is not a strong burning sensation but rather uncomfortable. After about 2 to 3 minutes, the burning sensation goes away. Can you help me further, what can I do about it? Thank you for your effort.
Dear inquirer,
Feeling a burning sensation after intercourse due to skin irritation is quite normal. However, it would be helpful to rule out that you are suffering from a skin condition, sexually transmitted disease, or an allergy to, for example, latex. A urologist should take a urethral swab. Your partner should regularly visit the gynecologist and use skin-neutral care products.
If you use condoms, try changing the brand.
Try to systematically eliminate possible causes step by step. A urologist can also examine the sperm for leukocytes to rule out prostatitis.
You can also schedule a joint appointment with the urologist.
Get well soon.
