Thirteen hours ago, a prostitute performed oral sex on me. She had bad breath. Seven hours later, I noticed pain and difficulty urinating, as well as a slight discharge from the penis. Since the symptoms occurred so early, it is unlikely to be chlamydia or gonorrhea, right? My suspicion is a yeast infection. Is this likely?

However, it could also be an infection with chlamydia / mycoplasma or even gonorrhea. A swab test for STDs is highly recommended.
A fungal infection would be more likely to occur in the area of the glans!
