Hello, I have red spots on the glans penis, is that normal?

Discoloration of the glans, such as red spots, is most likely normal. However, it is difficult to say for sure without a picture. But it is probably normal, I assume that the red spots did not just recently appear.

If you have multiple sexual partners, engage in unprotected sex with prostitutes, and so on, you should still see a urologist and show it to them.
