Pregnant shortly after a miscarriage?

Hello, I had a dilation and curettage on 23.1. after a miscarriage in week 6 of pregnancy. Since I still have a desire to have children, I have been taking Folio continuously. We had intercourse on 9.2., 16.2., and 17.2. I still haven't gotten my period. Could I already be pregnant again? If so, in which week would I be? A test yesterday was negative.
Best regards
Hello, and good evening
Regarding question 1: yes, it could be sufficient under stimulation for there to be adequate endometrial growth in the uterus and the possibility of nidation occurring again.
Regarding question 2: To calculate, I would need to know your usual cycle length. The earliest ovulation would be on the 23rd + (cycle length - 14). After a dilation and curettage, everything can shift back, so even the later intercourse dates, if they coincide with ovulation, could still be successful. The usual orientation to the last period does not apply to you. Therefore, my advice is to just cross your fingers, do not calculate, and repeat the test in 5 and 10 days. If positive, congratulations! (The gestational age can still be determined later via ultrasound). Otherwise, use ovulation test strips and try again if the result is positive.
With best regards,
Dr. R. Berg
