Pregnant or not?

Good day,
I had a positive pregnancy test and the blood test also showed positive at the gynecologist's office.
My last period was on 10.03., but the gynecologist couldn't see anything in the uterus, not even a built-up uterine lining, nothing at all.
What should I make of this?

Please do not worry and wait a few more days until something shows up on the ultrasound, it can sometimes take a while.
If the hormones continue to indicate a pregnancy and there is nothing visible on the ultrasound, other causes for this hormone production should be investigated. Has your gynecologist said anything about this or reassured you?
