TSS and pads?

Can you get TSS from pads (Always Ultra Night)? I am working at a construction site in the office next to my studies and often spend 12 hours there. I share a communal restroom (no sink)! Sometimes I can only change my pad after 14 hours. Luckily, this mostly happens on the first and last days of my period. I also like to sleep for 11 hours on weekends. Should I set an alarm clock? I am afraid of TSS.

For TSS, there must already be close contact with the mucous membrane, which is not the case with pads. Also, although it is a very long time for well-being, it is not so long that it endangers your health.
