I have read your response. I am happy to help you further. The cyst is a cavity filled with fluid, which is usually encapsulated and does not absorb any fluid from the abdominal cavity itself. However, this depends on how thick the capsule wall is and where exactly the cyst is located.

Monk's pepper (Agnus castus) may well be appropriate here, Chlormadinone is a bit stronger and also possible.
