How can I be pregnant if 3 tests were negative and I am using contraception?

Good evening,

Tests are not 100% reliable, and contraceptives are not either. Even with a regularly taken pill, it is possible to get pregnant if the effectiveness of the pill has been weakened, for example by other medications.
