Hello,

I wanted to ask if you could recommend a pill for me.
Preferably one that also helps against skin impurities.
So far, I have tried Lamuna and Valette. Valette also helped with my skin impurities, but unfortunately I got headaches from both pills.
I would like to take a pill again, not just for my skin, but also because since I stopped taking the pill, I have had severe menstrual cramps.
Do you have any ideas on which pill I could possibly try next?
