Pregnancy, 27 weeks gestation

Hello,

I am in the 27th week of pregnancy. Lately, I have occasionally experienced extreme pain when I am unable to immediately go to the toilet when I need to (for a bowel movement). I usually manage to make it to the toilet, hunched over in pain, and then feel some relief once I am on the toilet. On other days, I wake up in the middle of the night with annoying stomach pains that are not relieved by using the toilet, but rather by warming up my back properly (for example, wrapping myself tightly in a blanket). I have experienced similar pains in the past, occasionally (maybe 3 times a year) just before my period, but they would disappear when I properly warmed up my back or used a hot water bottle. The current pains feel similar. Sometimes they are brief, allowing me to go back to sleep immediately, but other times they last long enough to prevent me from falling back asleep for 1-2 hours, leaving me feeling a bit stressed (I hate not being able to sleep). I am not sure if I should consider these pains as pre-labor contractions, kidney issues (I cannot properly heat my apartment as it does not have normal radiators, only small electric heaters, and I am "forced" to freeze my butt off outside once a week), or a stomach flu. Due to prior commitments tomorrow, I cannot see a doctor until Tuesday at the earliest unless I cancel something, but I feel uneasy and therefore wanted to seek advice online on what would be best. I would appreciate prompt advice.
