Ask a doctor on the topic of Gynecology

cyst and pregnancy

Hello, I have several questions, please. So, I'll start with this: I was at the doctor's today because I took two pregnancy tests and have to take pills, and I don't know if they can harm the baby. First of all, he said I am in the 7th week, but in the mother's pass it says 12th week, which I only noticed later. On the ultrasound, however, nothing could be seen although I have to admit that he did it over the belly, and normally it's done vaginally in the first weeks, right? But he did see something there, a cyst. Is that bad during pregnancy? I have this feeling of pressure that feels like (sounds silly) but like the head is pushing against it. I already have a 2.5 year old daughter, but it wasn't like this with her. It's really a strong pressure and occasionally a burning sensation. Please help me, I'm really scared and I've almost lost trust in the doctors, nobody is really helping me.
