Am I pregnant?

Could it be that I am pregnant? I feel extremely dizzy and nauseous, I have already vomited, and I am always tired. My breasts are starting to feel tight and I sometimes have a pulling or stabbing sensation in my lower abdomen. Also, there are occasional twitches in my lower abdomen. I hope you can help me.
