Urgent help migraine

Due to pronounced PMS, endometriosis, and severe menstrual cramps, I have to take Ibumetin for 10 days. My period has been over since Tuesday, but today I definitely overdid it during my fitness training. After a three-month break, I trained for 2 hours. I am now lying in bed with migraine-like headaches and muscle soreness. Can I still take another Ibumetin? Otherwise, I don't think I can sleep. I have Ibumetin with lysine. Thank you for your help. I always fear that I might burst a blood vessel during training because I train quite excessively. My endometriosis will be operated on in three months.

Good day, yes, you may take Ibuprofen again. It is very unlikely that a vein will burst during your training. However, 2 hours after three months of break is indeed quite a lot. I wish you a speedy recovery, best regards.
