Taken too many thyroid hormones!
Have I been taking too much Thyrex for 3 months?
I have been taking too much Thyrex for 3 months.
My last report read:
Tendency towards a slightly stronger adjustment, however, the values were ideal as they were last at 1. I would leave the adjustment at 75 mg and have another blood draw in 3 months (I used to take 75 micrograms). However, I felt worse with the dose and then increased to 100mg (I know it was not very smart) At the moment I am taking 112.5 mg (initially I felt good with the dose) but since today I feel very very bad. Inner restlessness, palpitations.
I was operated on for endometriosis last month and regularly use a progesterone cream. I will make an appointment with a thyroid specialist next week (I have Hashimoto's T.)... Now I read that you can have a heart attack... Now I'm panicking... I know, I won't do that again, I know it wasn't a smart move. I'm really sorry. What can I do to help my body break down the hormones faster? I wanted to go to the movies today but I can't relax at all now. Should I be afraid?
Thank you for the response
Best regards
