Urgent bruising and Ibumetin

During my heavy menstruation, I always take Ibumetin 400 mg Forte for 7 days, and I had my period on March 24th. Usually, I start taking painkillers 5 days before (according to my gynecologist everything is fine). I have PMS, progesterone deficiency, and Hashimoto's disease. Due to a hormonal disorder, I cannot take the pill.
Now I have had headaches for 2 days (which I treated with Paracetamol). I sprained my ankle and took an Ibumetin 400 mg Forte an hour ago. Now I am worried that I may have taken too much Ibuprofen. Should I be concerned? Some people take it as a long-term therapy, I read. I have applied ice several times and plan to sleep for the next 3 nights.
I usually avoid painkillers, but sometimes I have no other option. I took a 14-day break before taking Ibumetin today (between the last day of my period and today).

Dear inquirer, the described Ibuprofen dosage is usually within a range that should not be dangerous. The interval since your last period is sufficient. You can safely take the medication again for a few days. Kind regards
