When to take alcohol after Paracetamol?

I plan to take my second 500mg Paracetamol around 11pm. However, I have a concert tomorrow and would like to celebrate without any issues. Can I drink alcohol again around 6pm? Unfortunately, due to histamine intolerance and fructose issues, I can only tolerate pure vodka. Thank you.

If you take the last paracetamol today, the substance will no longer be in your blood tomorrow evening. So no problem.
However, you are burdening your liver today and then again tomorrow. The stress adds up over the years.
Therefore, I would suggest taking aspirin instead of paracetamol, which is broken down by the kidneys, and drinking plenty of water and little vodka. Like this in the future.
