Can I take Calmaben and Ibuprofen 400 with DL lysine (Ratio Dolor akut) together?

I am currently quite agitated due to my exam next week and have trouble sleeping. Valerian does not work for me. I only take Calmaben during exam time so that I am fit the next day. I already suffer from poor sleep (due to my hormonal disease and thyroid - I am being treated for both) but now my menstrual cramps are mixing with my exam. I need to take an Ibuprofen today. Can I then take a Calmaben half an hour later? Or can I take both together? What time interval should I observe? Thank you for your answer and greetings from Austria.

that works together without any problems, I would make sure to have eaten something beforehand as Ibuprofen can irritate the stomach.

You should not take Calmaben together with other medications for mental health. Is that all the medications you are taking?
