Help Heartache caused by Ibuprofen?

Had an endometriosis surgery 4 months ago. Had almost 4 menstrual periods without pain (took pain medication for only 2 days). But this month I have been taking Ibuprofen (Ratio Dolor Akut) for 12 to 14 days already. I have severe PMS. I am in the middle of my final exams for my doctoral thesis at the university. I will schedule an appointment with my gynecologist after my exams (possibly for another endometriosis surgery). I not only have endometriosis but also Hashimoto's thyroiditis (a 1 cm nodule that will be examined on Monday). I usually take Ibuprofen after eating, as I also suffer from headaches and often experience hormonal migraine attacks. I have a medication allergy and can only tolerate Paracetamol (which does not help me with menstrual pain) or Ibuprofen. I may need Ibuprofen for one more day today (1 or 2 more tablets), can I take another one or do I have to continue writhing in pain in bed? Is it okay to take Ibuprofen for 12 to 15 days in exceptional circumstances? In January, I had a fever on the 5th and had to take Ibuprofen for 4 days. I took Ibuprofen about 2 hours ago. Now I have a slight stabbing pain in my heart. I had an EKG at the internist in January and everything was okay. I have another appointment with my internist on February 16 to clarify everything. However, I am now unsure. I read that Ibuprofen affects the heart. Can Ibuprofen cause the stabbing pain, or is it due to the tense muscles from the severe menstrual pain? Because my internist says that the pain usually comes from the back. Can Ibuprofen trigger this? I was at the internist just a month ago. I am always afraid of the side effects... I just don't want to have intestinal bleeding or brain damage. Can I take 2 or 3 more Ibuprofen 400 with DSL supplement today? Would that make it 15 days of intake? Can you get a heart attack or similar from Ibuprofen? Sometimes my head hurts and I have mild diarrhea which I combat with carbohydrates, Iberogast, and Bioflorin (if it doesn't go away on its own). Can you drink coffee normally an hour after taking Ibuprofen?
