Ask a doctor on the topic of General medicine

Again asking about lupus etc.

Hello again Mrs. Gehring. It's a shame that there was no response in the last post, so I'll summarize briefly again. The rash is still hardly visible, although in some areas (especially in the mornings) there is a bit more redness, as well as occasional slight itching, especially on the hands (which surprises me, as I hardly had a rash there). The symptoms are overall naturally weakened, and you mentioned that healing does not always progress in a straight line.
However, so many thoughts are currently circulating (maybe this strongly indicates that I need psychotherapeutic help). Although everything is weakened, it still looks like "Livedo Racemosa" in some areas, which surprises me (honestly, I'm not sure if I had this before the rash on the torso, but at least now it's easy to see).
Now my thoughts are shifting from hepatitis (due to itchy hands) to Sneddon syndrome, which of course makes me anxious again. These lines could simply be from lupus, which was confirmed in my diagnosis, right?
Perhaps you could reassure me again and clarify that all of this is probably nonsense?
Greetings

Good day,

Did I answer all your questions after all?

It seems that your allergy is now healing significantly, as you have also noticed, and your fear has completely taken over... We know this with anxiety disorders! When one fear is gone, the next one comes, that's why consultations and examinations never help sustainably, only psychotherapy.

Red hands, which are a sign of liver damage, do not itch! The extremely rare Sneddon's syndrome is even more nonsense, as it occurs in the context of severe cerebral diseases, and you do not have them! Just fear.

A livedo racemosa is clearly net-like and dark red, so your rash surely has nothing to do with it.

You need psychiatric help!

Warm regards, Dr. Gehring
