Cutting muscle pain after static loading

Hello,

when I statically stress a muscle, for example by squatting for longer than a few seconds, I experience a sharp pain in the affected muscle and joint for several days.
This is not muscle soreness, which I am very familiar with as a fitness athlete.
The symptom occurs during muscle contraction without weight load and affects all skeletal muscles.
Avoiding such stress helps the symptom disappear after a few days.
Stretching does not help.
Thank you for your assistance.
Best regards

Good day,

apart from exotic muscle diseases, the only thing that comes to mind is an electrolyte deficiency.

From your description, I gather that you are an experienced athlete. Could it be that your diet is too one-sided or that you are lacking electrolytes or minerals?

Would you consider trying therapy with Basica for at least 4 weeks?

I am happy to answer any further questions.

Kind regards,

Dr. Schaaf
