Attendinosis of the adductors

I have been suffering from an insertional tendinosis of the right adductor origins at the hip for about 6 months. Unfortunately, I have only been treated with IB 600 so far, without success. Even shorter sports breaks do not bring any improvement. What should I do? I have stopped running. Is swimming and cycling counterproductive for the healing process?

MRI: Bone edema in the left pubic bone branch and cyst in the femoral neck. No coxarthrosis and no necrosis.

I am a jogger and amateur football player, 50 years old, non-smoker, living a healthy lifestyle.
