ALS anxiety !!!

My CK value is back at 159, probably some moving boxes were responsible for the high value. My comprehensive blood test, about 60 values, are all OK. I had an MRI done 3 months ago, also OK. I saw 2 neurologists in November, EMG, NCS, EEG, SNC all OK. But of course, during the examination, there were no twitches :-(

The muscle twitches continue lively, and my right arm burns after physical activity, especially the triceps. Left arm is OK, not even sore, I imagine that the right arm may be burning due to muscle breakdown... !!! The strange thing is, I can lift weights without any problems. Biceps triceps training.

I have read that ALS does not cause burning or pain, is this true.

My magnesium, calcium, B12 levels are also all OK. Thyroid and kidneys too.

I don't know what to do anymore, which doctor should I go to. Maybe I need a therapist..

Hello, I am happy to help you further.

The high CK values indicate high muscle activity. However, this could also be present in the case of muscle inflammation. Have you discussed this with the internist? Side effects of medications could also be the cause.

The description of the symptoms does not really fit ALS. Ultimately, only the neurologist can rule it out.

The trembling could also be an overload reaction. How much exercise do you do? Could it be due to overexertion?
