Follow-up on bruises

Thank you for your quick assessment regarding the dark spots.

However, are these fundamentally burst veins, or a hemorrhage? How can it be that so many small bleeding spots occur simultaneously? (The spots do not hurt, are not swollen, and are not warm).

In general, the spots look exactly like bruises that occur from a fall or impact. The "main spot" is above the ring, possibly there is a connection with an external force, such as hitting the table with a fist or similar.

Is it known to you whether such blood clots/ hemorrhages occur in inflammatory events?

There is also a small spot of the same color on the top of the hand.

Do you not think it needs to be examined in the hospital today?

Thank you for your help.

No, I don't believe that "danger is imminent."

All such spots that I have seen so far have "dissipated" in a week or two without the cause being found.
There are small bleedings and small burst vessels, without finding the cause, even if it happens from time to time.

Could it be that you have taken aspirin or something similar recently and done something strenuous with your hand, like opening a heavy glass lid? That could be a trigger.

By the way, you should take the ring off now, in case your finger swells overnight.
