chronic constipation

Hello,

I don't really know where to start:
For about 5 weeks now, I have almost total constipation, meaning I have had very little bowel movements for about 5 weeks. I have had chronic constipation since I was born (44 years ago). When I was 6 years old, I was already in the children's clinic for 3 weeks because of it. The last time I went to the doctor for it was 12.5 years ago, when I also had stomach pains, which I hardly have now, but I have not had constipation continuously for as long. They never found anything. During a colonoscopy, my bowel never really emptied - so they couldn't see everything. I am overweight, but always active (riding my bike every day, bike tours, step aerobics, gymnastics - about 3 hours per week). I think part of the reason for my overweight is because I rarely have bowel movements, and now I haven't had one for 5 weeks. During this time, I have gained 4 kg.
In the last 5 weeks, I have really tried everything I can think of: abdominal massage, abdominal muscle training, relaxation exercises - since stress leads to constipation for me - a fiber-rich diet, fresh and dried fruits. Four days ago, I took 1 Dulcolax - that didn't work at all. Some bowel movements and 3 days of stomach pains, sometimes not knowing how to walk. Since yesterday, I have been taking ground psyllium husks and overdosed magnesium, and this afternoon I took castor oil capsules: 10 capsules of 1000 mg each. I generally do not drink too little. One liter for breakfast, one liter throughout the day, and one liter in the evening - almost exclusively medium mineral water.
Today I had some bowel movements. I always have to push, but it was pleasantly soft. Despite all the measures I have taken in the 5 weeks, I have only had the amount of one bowel movement of a normal person at most. What else can I do? I don't want to go to the doctor, because then there will be another colonoscopy. I will be scolded again during the preparation/emptying of the bowel because the doctors couldn't see anything because the bowel did not empty - I don't need to go through that.
Do you have any tips for me - I would be very grateful.

Thank you in advance.
