URGENT! Lump on upper labia
Good evening, I am currently freaking out and hoping that you can help me quickly. For about a week now, I have had a strange thing under the skin on the upper outer labia on the right side, which has now doubled in size. I don't think it's a pimple or an ingrown hair follicle, as those always looked different and were not as big for me. It also doesn't have an opening that could be squeezed out. The whole side is now swollen. I searched online and was often shown vulvar cancer, and since then I have been in total panic... I am 31 years old, I smoke, and I have had discharge this week, everything seemed to be fine. The "thing" is about 1.5 cm long and elongated, it hurts when touched, but this could also be because I have been trying to squeeze it all day, as it didn't cause any pain before. What could this be?
