I have strong pain and itching in the intimate area on the vagina. I have several reddish spots and swellings that hurt a lot, especially when I go to the toilet. I can hardly lie down or stand. I have already received several ointments from the pharmacy, but they either didn't help or made it worse. What can I do against this?
