Desire to have children/ Hormone treatment
Dear Sir or Madam,
My friend, 34, and I, 30, wish to have a child. Since November 2009, I have been in a fertility clinic. It was determined that my follicles are not developing. They are too small, so the sperm cannot penetrate. My friend is fertile, with 40 million sperm, but there is a slight limitation that cannot be overcome.
I am taking Clomiphene, on the 10th day and 12th day I have an ultrasound and blood test. Then it will be decided when I need to inject myself with Brevactid 5000, on the same day and the following day have intercourse, two days later I take Utrogest (2 tablets) vaginally for 14 days, then a pregnancy test.
So far, it has been negative twice, which is a pity.
Are there any other medications that I can take or inject? How long does it take to get pregnant? Do I need to lie down for a while after intercourse?
