Hello, I have a question. I had a bladder infection about 2 weeks ago. I was initially given fosfomycin and later amoxicillin. For about 1 week now, I have been experiencing a burning/pain in the vagina. I also got my period, which I still have. Since yesterday, I have been experiencing occasional mild cramping/pain in the lower abdomen. What could this be?

The pulling in the lower abdomen may be due to your menstrual period, but the burning doesn't really fit with that, nor does it really fit with a bladder infection. It could be a yeast infection, especially if you have white, creamy discharge. In that case, trying a suitable remedy would be advisable. A urine test at the doctor's office should be done soon. Urethral irritation is possible.
