Large swelling on the elbow

Hello,

I have had this swelling on my left elbow for about 1 year.
Please see the photo attached.
It doesn't hurt, so I haven't been to the doctor yet.
What could this be please?

Good day, I am happy to help you. The image is consistent with bursitis. This should be initially treated with anti-inflammatory medication such as oral diclofenac and a compression bandage. If this does not help, the fluid can be drained by puncture. It should be examined orthopedically on site in any case. Best regards
