Questions about the blood test

Good morning, I have a question about the blood test. What can you tell me about the attached blood test results?
Good morning,
It is not meaningful to evaluate a blood test result without the corresponding clinical findings, but I will do my best.
The slight deviations are within normal range and, in my opinion, are not significant. What is noticeable is a deficiency in red blood cells and a slight increase in their volume, which could indicate a Vitamin B12 deficiency, for example in cases of chronic gastritis. I would also suggest checking the stored iron levels (ferritin).
The Gamma-GT is significantly elevated as a sign of chronic liver stress (the acute levels are fine). An ultrasound for fatty liver should be done and alcohol consumption should be avoided, as well as medications that can stress the liver such as Novalgin or Paracetamol.
I wish you all the best!
Sincerely, Dr. Gehring
