Entire upper body covered in red spots.

I took the antibiotic "Clindamycin 600mg 1-0-1" prescribed by my general practitioner for 6 days until 19.06. (Tuesday) after a brake bite resulting in a swollen foot with fever and nausea.

Now, since yesterday (Friday, 22.06.), I have noticed while changing that my entire upper body (including my back) is covered with red spots. These spots itch very little to not at all. Could this be a side effect even days after taking the medication, or could the spots possibly indicate another condition?

Dear questioner, I would assume a new illness, as the infection and antibiotic treatment were too long ago. Please have a dermatologist take a look at it. Regards, Welsch
