Head

Hello, 2 months ago I was knocked over by a strong wave in the sea, fell on small stones and got abrasions on my hand. I fell forward, not on the back of my head. When I looked at the abrasions, I felt dizzy and nauseous for a moment, but it went away. I didn't have any headaches. I only felt something on my skull or the back of my head. Is that normal? It was gone after a few days, but I also got too much sun and had no protection. Once I had protection again, the feeling on my skull went away. The feeling on the back of my head disappeared after a few days as well.
Now, since yesterday, I have been feeling this sensation on the back of my head again. I'm afraid it's related to that and something serious. (As a note, the feeling yesterday came after my back was a bit sore and I had some pulling in my neck, the symptoms went away after the feeling on the back of my head appeared. I also have a leg length discrepancy and have been wearing insoles recently)
Best regards

The complaints are definitely related to the fall and I would recommend seeing a colleague who should take a look at your cervical spine. It is possible that you have suffered a whiplash injury to the cervical spine. Get well soon.
