Fungus on the penis, pain in left breast after intercourse.

Hello, I must apologize in advance for my detailed description of certain things. But hopefully, it will help. A week ago, I had sex with my wife and afterwards, I started experiencing problems. There is an inflammation in my genital area. My wife went to the gynecologist and was diagnosed with a yeast infection. However, I am hesitant to go to the doctor about it. I have ordered this cream and am using it (Clotrimazole AL 1% cream). How long does it take to heal? It seems like my foreskin has narrowed, which was not the case before. There are cracks on the foreskin and the top is very red. Could this be caused by the cream?

Additionally, since having sex, I have been experiencing constant stabbing/burning pain in my left breast. The pain occurs at specific moments. It doesn't matter how I move, sometimes it's there and sometimes it's not. It even happens when I swallow something. But when I touch my left breast and then swallow, it doesn't hurt.

What could this be? I went to the doctor and he couldn't tell me anything except, "That's strange." He prescribed physiotherapy. The doctor also listened to my heart but found no abnormalities. Sorry for this lengthy statement, but maybe it will help. I also had oral sex with my wife, regarding the yeast infection.

I had a complete check-up on my heart and everything a year ago. It's required for my job, for fitness purposes.

I hope you may have an idea of what it could be.

I am male, 180 cm tall, and 30 years old.

Hello, the description of the symptoms is very detailed. Firstly, I believe that the fungal infection is correct. What is really necessary is a partner treatment, then the problem should be quickly resolved. As for the pain in the chest, I would definitely recommend seeing a cardiologist, who should examine the heart with stress ECG and ultrasound. If everything is fine, there is nothing wrong with physical therapy.
