Blood analysis evaluation

Hello, our doctor is on vacation again (well deserved). That's why I'm posting my question here.

Blood test results:

Platelets are elevated (normal range is 146-328), my platelet count is 362. Is that bad???

LDL cholesterol is elevated (normal 2.59), my value is 3.13.

ALAT is elevated (normal 0.85), my value is 1.15.

TSH (normal 0.30-3.60 mU/l), my value is 4.23.

Free T3 (normal 3.9-6.7 pmol/l), my value is 6.07.

Urine test results:

Specific gravity (normal 1.015-1.025), my value is 1.010.
pH level (normal 4.8-7.4), my value is 8.0.

Do I need to worry about these blood test results???

About me:

Male
30 years old
1.80m tall
86kg
I do not drink alcohol!!

I have been eating unhealthy lately. I also consume a lot of sweets.

I have started exercising again since last week. I always drink a cold lemon in the morning and regularly eat a piece of ginger.

I hope to hear back from you.

Dr med Hans-Jürgen Bartels

Good morning, when I look at your blood values, I think you should first go to a nuclear medicine specialist to clarify the existing thyroid underfunction. I consider the slight increase in thrombosis to be harmless but in need of monitoring. As for the other values, I wouldn't worry about them. With dietary changes and exercise, they will regulate themselves again. Best regards, Dr. med. Bartels.
